Working principle :
when the reducer's output pressure is a negative value ,we can use venturi tube structure the mixer,if the output pressure is greater than zero,the need to use scale adjustment mixer,it's mean when the engine stop operation,natural gas channels should be colsed by proportion adjust mixer.
The proportion adjust mix work condition as follows:when the engine start operation,the engine intake manifold produce vacuum, and then forming a vacuum on the carburetor ,when the vacuum more than 0.24kpa, the air of the mixer air chamber(B) through the Pipeline(E) into the carburetor engine of the pipe,the gas chamber(B) produce vacuum,and then the gas chamber(A) and the atmosphere is same .Inthe pressure of the atmosphere the mixer diaphragm can overcome the diaphragm group mixer gravity and mix of spring bounce up,open the intake pipe air and gas mixer valve seat,natural gas and air through the mixer into the engine,engine began to work.
Mixer diaphragm according to carburetor engine intake pipe's vacuum change to up-and-down motion so it can offer the different quantity of natural gas and formation air-fuel-ration reasonable mixer
